Hello! I'm Fritzie, and I've dedicated the last 12 years to one thing: helping students understand Maths — not just get through it. I teach IB Math AI HL full-time and take on students across all four IB Math courses and iGCSE as a private tutor. Over the years I've worked with hundreds of students, and what keeps me going is seeing that moment when something finally clicks.
I graduated from the University of the Philippines — the country's premier university — with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. That technical foundation gave me a deep appreciation for the logic and elegance behind Mathematics, and it shapes the way I teach. When I shifted to education, I placed 4th nationwide in the Philippine licensure exam for teachers — something I'm genuinely proud of, because it pushed me to think seriously about what excellent teaching really looks like.
What I've learned over more than a decade in the classroom and in one-on-one sessions is this: almost every student who says they're "bad at Maths" simply hasn't had it explained in a way that makes sense to them yet. My goal — through Math Solutions Hub — is to change that, one student at a time.
